Now Hiring: Experienced Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Are you passionate about people and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented front desk receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients with a warm and welcoming attitude, both in person and over the phone.
Answer phone calls professionally, schedule appointments, and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Demonstrate strong punctuality and reliability in meeting scheduled shifts.
Actively support team goals by building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues.
Ensure salon cleanliness and safety standards are maintained throughout the day.
Assist team members and contribute to a smooth salon operation by helping where needed.
Be available to work weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and pleasant phone manner.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to handle customer interactions with professionalism and care.
Bilingual or multilingual skills (Chinese/Spanish) are a plus but not required.
